Adams Morgan
Bordering Dupont Circle to the North, Connecticut Ave and Kalorama to the West is the trendy and hip Adams Morgan neighborhood. For corporate housing traveler looking for an urban Washington DC setting, this is a great neighborhood. Columbia Road and 18th Street NW are the two major roads that define Adams Morgan. Dupont Circle
At the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue is DuPont Circle. Southwest DC
Home to Washington DC's new Washington National's stadium along with many brand new government buildings is Southwest. Alexandria - Old Town
Located along the banks of the Potomac River and just a little South of Washington DC along the George Washington Memorial Parkway you'll find Old Town Alexandria with its quaint cobblestone streets and 18th Century townhouses. You'll also find a number of interesting galleries, restaurants and shops to browse along King and Duke Streets. There are two metro stops that service Old Town Alexandria so getting there is a breeze. As a result there a number of furnished rentals available from several different corporate housing companies. Alexandria - Landmark
With easy access to Interstate 395 or the Van Dorn Metro Stop, you'll find the Landmark area of Alexandria. With it's shopping malls and close proximity to DC, you'll find many furnished rentals here as well. Alexandria - Skyline
The Skyline area of Alexandria has several government buildings with their headquarters here. As a result, several temporary housing companies offer furnished apartments here. There's easy access to DC by car or Metrobus, but the train does not come to the skyline area.

Located both inside and outside the beltway is the bedroom community of Annandale. By car, it will take you about a half hour on average to get to downtown DC. Arlington - Ballston
The Ballston area of Arlington is a very popular location for furnished apartments. Arlington - Clarendon
The Clarendon area of Arlington is just a few stops down the Orange Line from Washington, DC and offers a variety of stores, shops and restaurants to choose from. There is a definite sense of neighborhood in Clarendon with many outdoor cafes and restaurants along with the shops and restaurants at The Market at Clarendon Center. There's also a great Whole Foods here. Be sure to check out some of the authentic ethnic restaurants you'll find in Clarendon. With all that's in Clarendon, many of the corporate housing providers offer furnished apartments in some very nice luxury condominium and high rise buildings. You may also be able to find a furnished home in Lyon Village or Lyon Park just bordering Clarendon.

Arlington - Courthouse
The Courthouse area of Arlington is home to Arlington Counties public offices that can be found at the Courthouse Metro on the Orange line. You'll also find some movie theaters, dining establishments as well. Don't forget to stop by the Farmers Market on Saturday morning to pick up some great produce from some of the nearby farms or a loaf of organic bread from one of the bakeries. Arlington -Crystal City
Crystal City is conveniently located to Reagan National Airport and the Pentagon making this location ideal for corporate housing and furnished rental living. Everything is right here with the Crystal City Metro making this area a convenient and easily accessible area for just about anywhere in Washington, DC. The Underground is Crystal City makes getting around a breeze. Especially in in-climate weather. The Underground in Crystal City connects all the office and apartment buildings along with the metro. The Underground also has a shopping arcade and many stores and shops. You never need to go outdoors if you don't want. Many of the high rise buildings in Crystal City offer furnished apartments. Arlington - Pentagon City
Pentagon City in Arlington has everything in one convenient location. Stroll though the Mall at Pentagon City with it's upscale stores or next door at the Shops at Pentagon Row that features an outdoor skating rink in the winter months. And surrounding this whole area are some very fine upscale apartment and condominium style living. There's also a metro stop (Pentagon City Metro) just one or two stops away from Washington, DC. Arlington - Rosslyn
Just over Key Bridge and the very first stop in Virginia you'll find Rosslyn. You can easily spot Rosslyn when driving or walking with its high rise buildings compared to the building size in Washington DC. Rosslyn offers a more urban feel with its tall buildings, outdoor dining establishments, etc. Grocery and convenience stores are all close by and if you are a walker, you're just a few minutes away from Georgetown in Washington DC just over the Key Bridge. There are also several apartment buildings and condo buildings that have furnished rentals. Just mention Rosslyn as one of your preferred locations and you'll be sure to receive several offers.

Arlington Virginia Square
Along the Orange line between Clarendon and Ballston is Virginia Square. You can walk to it's neighboring areas as everything is close by. So it's a great midway point along the metro line to consider living. It's also a popular spot for those with pets as Quincy Park is across the street and a good place to walk your dog, play some tennis or just read a book. The Arlington County Library is also close by. Many of the temporary housing providers in the metro Washington DC area offer furnished rentals in Virginia Square. So be sure to inquire about availability.

Located in Fairfax County off Interstate 66 is Centerville. A bedroom community to Washington, DC, but a good location to consider for those who are working in the Reston or Dulles Corridor. The metro does not go to Centerville but if you are looking for a more suburban location or better, working in the Centerville area, this is a good location to consider. Chantilly can be located off Lee Jackson Memorial Highway (Route 29) and Sully Road. It's an easy commute to both Dulles Airport and Reston, VA. Dale City
Just South of the DC area off Interstate 95, you'll find Dale City and Potomac Mills. This area is often a good location for individuals looking working South of the DC area or perhaps even as far South and Quantico. Leesburg Pike has a lot of nice cafes and restaurants that span from downtown Falls Church all the way to the Skyline area of Arlington. Herndon, VA is just a few minutes away from Dulles International Airport and very close to Reston, VA. There are a number of corporations who make their home in the Herndon area or also considered part of the Dulles Corridor. Easily accessible from either Route 7 (Leesburg Pike) or the Dulles Greenway you'll find historic Leesburg, VA. College Park
Home to the University of Maryland, College Park is easily accessible to I495/Washington beltway. There are a number of stores and shops in College Park that cater to the college students and faculty. There are less corporate rentals available in College Park but it's neighboring towns of Silver Spring, offer some very nice options all within close driving range.

Columbia is an ideal location situated about 30 minutes North of Washington, DC and 15 minutes South of Baltimore. Columbia is very close to Fort Meade and the Baltimore Washington International Airport. Most of the corporate housing providers in the Baltimore area and a number of the providers in the Washington, DC service Columbia so you are certain to find options.

Located North on I270 - Washington's technology corridor is Gaithersburg, MD. Home to many Bio Tech and Info Tech corporations, you'll find a number of temporary housing options to choose from close to the Washingtonian Center along with lots of outdoor dining, specialty stores and shops and people watching. Many of the corporate housing providers offer new and upscale one, two and three bedroom apartments in a variety of communities.

Just North of Gaithersburg is Germantown, MD. Many of the high tech companies call Germantown home. You'll find a number of potential furnished rentals in Germantown who cater to those individuals working temporarily or relocating to the area. Germantown is also accessible to the Marc Train at Liberty Mill Road and Mateny Hill Road.

Situated along the Northeast area of I95/495, you'll find Greenbelt, MD. There are a number of corporations who make their home in Greenbelt and the Metro has a stop along the way on the green line. The Marc train is also available on the Camden line. There are several temporary housing companies who offer furnished one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Located just inside the Capital Beltway, Hyattsville is a small but conveniently located city. Using the Green line or Marc rail, you can easily get to and from Washington, DC and Baltimore. There are less options in temporary housing located right in Kensington but the nearby towns of Chevy Chase and Bethesda have more to offer.

Nestled outside of the Capital Beltway between I95 and the Baltimore Washington Parkway, Laurel is situated right in the middle of Washington DC and Baltimore. Its close proximity to Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) makes it an ideal location to stay for business travel. You can easily get around via the Capital Beltway, the MARC train (Camden Line), and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), which is a great alternative for the eco-friendly travelers. Furnished rentals can be found all throughout the Laurel and metropolitan Washington DC area through multiple temporary housing companies.

The second largest (incorporated) city in Maryland, Rockville is conveniently located right outside of Washington DC. Rockville is the center of the Interstate 270 Technology Corridor and is easily accessible through the expansive transit system that services the entire metropolitan area. Downtown Rockville has expanded tremendously over the last decade and offers plenty of options for dining, theater, shopping, or just about anything you have in mind. Rockville's newly constructed convention center lies in the heart of the city. For this reason, finding furnished rentals in the area is just as easy as finding a great restaurant to dine in.

Silver Spring
Silver Spring is a boundless city that encompasses Washington DC and parts of Maryland. Located just north of Washing DC, Silver Spring is a highly populated and densely filled city that has undergone significant changes over the past decade. It offers all of the retail, dining, and businesses one would find in any thriving city. Over the years it has become a center for musical, film, and ethnic festivals. Many companies and organizations are based here, Discovery Channel and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) are examples. Getting to downtown Washington DC is simple and fast when you use the Metro line (red). Because of its great location, you'll find a plethora of furnished studio, one and two bedroom apartments ranging from high rise luxury living in downtown Silver Spring to some very nice garden style apartment communities.

Upper Marlboro
Upper Marlboro is located outside of the Capital Beltway east of Washington DC. A mostly rural farming area, it has lately seen a boom in suburban development. Upper Marlboro's location is ideal for military employees working at Andrews Air Force Base. One can easily commute to downtown Washington DC on Route 4 as well. There are limited options in temporary housing in Upper Marlboro itself, but finding one in nearby areas of the Washington metropolitan area is easy to do.

Located North on 270 and about 45 minutes from Washington, DC is Frederick, MD. With it's historic downtown area featuring many stores, local restaurants and cafe's, Frederick has a small town feel with a large amount of charm. Many of Washington DC's technology companies also maintain offices in the Frederick area. There are several furnished rental providers who offer one, two and three bedroom corporate apartments in Frederick.
